WHO WE ARE
Raymark offers you a wide range of furniture, patio umbrellas, sun loungers and hammocks suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in private homes, housing complexes, resorts and hotels.
The materials used are both well designed and sturdy: teak wood, synthetic wicker fiber, special sling fabric (textilene), aluminium and polypropylene, all are specially adapted to suit Mauritius’ tropical climate, resistant to sun, light wind, rain and humidity.
We have been supplying hotels and property developments throughout Mauritius with patio umbrellas, sun loungers, hammocks and furniture for more than eight years. We pride ourselves in meeting our client’s needs by delivering quality products on time and at reasonable prices. Your comfort is our priority.

Payment Options
We accept Credit/ Debit Cards as mode of payment. All payments are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). raymark.eshops.mu processes payment through MIPS MyPay who does not store card details. MIPS My Pay is a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant payment ecosystem. When you choose an online payment option, your card information is securely processed through the payment gateway. Rest assured that your card is safely encrypted as it travels over the Internet.
Important: It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify, under 48 hours, that payment corresponds to what should have been paid and that payment has well been done. No reclamation can be made to MIPS after 48 hours.
Delivery / Pick Up
Option 1 : Pick up at Riche Terre Warehouse at specific hours
Option 2 : Delivery
Delivery is Free for orders above Rs. 80, 000.
The Delivery Fee includes handling and assembly of products.
Delivery is payable at Rs. 2500 except for the regions mentioned below.
For these regions, delivery is payable at Rs. 3800.
This includes the following places : Beau Champs inc. Anahita, Grand Riviere Sud Est, Quatre Sœurs, Riviere des Anguilles, Surinam, Souillac, Chamouny, Chemin Grenier, Bel Ombre, Le Morne, La Gaulette, Case Noyale, Chamarel, Cluny, St Hubert, Ferney, Beau Vallon, Plaine Magnien, La Cambuse and surrounding areas.
Cancellation Refund Policy
Good sold cannot be returned otherwise agreed and in any case in its original packaging, unmarked and unscratched.
Sold goods will not be reimbursed otherwise agreed
Customer is responsible for proper use and maintenance of goods.
Return of goods may entail a handling and verification fee of no less than Rs.1,150.
VAT is applied in all cases.
